Concrete coatings in Lancaster, PA

Epoxy and polyaspartic flake floors for garages, basements, patios and shops. Done right the first time, usually in one day.

What we coat

Garage floors

A flake floor that handles hot tires, road salt, oil and Pennsylvania winters.

Basements

A clean, bright floor for finished or unfinished basements, after we check the slab for moisture.

Patios and porches

Slip-resistant, UV-stable coatings for outdoor concrete.

Shops and workspaces

Durable floors for workshops, studios and light commercial spaces.

What's the process?

Every floor gets the same careful steps. Skipping prep is the number one reason coatings fail, so we spend most of our time there.

  1. RepairWe fill cracks and chips so the surface is sound.
  2. GrindDiamond grinding opens the concrete so the coating grips it.
  3. Base coatA premium epoxy or polyaspartic base goes down first.
  4. FlakesWe broadcast decorative flakes in the color and size you pick.
  5. TopcoatA clear, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat seals it and keeps it from yellowing.

How much does it cost?

Every garage is different, so we don't guess over the phone. Your price depends on square footage, the shape the concrete is in and the flake system you choose. We look at the floor, give you one fixed price and explain exactly what it includes. Quotes are free.

Questions, answered

How long does an epoxy garage floor take?

Most one- and two-car garages are finished in one day. You can usually walk on the floor the next day, and we'll tell you when it's safe to park on it.

How much does a garage floor coating cost in Lancaster, PA?

It depends on square footage, the condition of your concrete and the flake system you pick. We give a fixed price after seeing the floor, and the quote is free.

Epoxy or polyaspartic: which is better?

We use both. A base coat bonds to your concrete, then a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat protects it from hot tires, chemicals and sunlight.

Do you grind the concrete first?

Yes, every time. We diamond grind so the coating bonds to bare concrete, and we patch cracks and chips first.

Will the coating peel?

Peeling usually comes from poor prep or moisture in the slab. Grinding, repairs and a moisture check up front are how we prevent it.

Where do you work?

We're based in Lancaster and work throughout Lancaster County, including Lititz, Manheim, Ephrata, Mount Joy, Columbia and Strasburg. We also travel for jobs across the Greater Philadelphia area, including Downingtown, King of Prussia, West Chester, Exton, Malvern and beyond. Not sure if we cover your town? Call or email and ask.
